International training to become a children’s yoga teacher with Cayetana Rodenas. For everybody who works or lives with children!The teacher training is a 3- day intensive and practical course with certification. A unique and fun experience in which you will receive the tools and confidence to teach yoga to children between the ages of 3 and 12.
The main objective is that students “feel like children again”, reconnecting with their innate emotions to adopt the ideal state of mind to connect with kids in a natural way.
The course will provide you with a lot of techniques based on plays, music, and creativity to bring Yoga to children in a fun way and to learn to use Yoga as an educational resource in both, in and out of the class.
The course includes a comprehensive manual that is full of multiple ideas that will work as a guide to help you organize lessons and gain the necessary inspiration in your teaching.
